The Black Girl Initiative was created because the world does not always see women of color as worthy of love. In the media, we are often not showed in a positive light. The world needs to know that we are worthy, loved and appreciated. We are valuable and worthy of love. No matter what anyone tells you, you must know that you matter. You are a Queen. You have purpose. Let's start by telling ourselves how much we love ourselves today and forever.
